I believe in women's liberation and the beauty of the female body and that we can wear whatever we choose. i couldn't be a true liberal if i judged women who dress in a revealing way... i posted this mainly b/c i want women to just try a little creativity and art with their dress. i will admit i have gotten irritated over girls be so obvious and not giving merit to their non-physical attributes.Breannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09466222549463166720noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-376797758256352597.post-66657916429304336262011-11-13T21:47:09.907-05:002011-11-13T21:47:09.907-05:00Breanne, in the time I haven't been visiting B...Breanne, in the time I haven't been visiting Blogger I forgot how much I love your posts. Now to the topic. I must say, the slut version of Halloween is a sad change we will have to face. I recently had a performance in the History fair at my school. One of our members was playing Marie Antoinette so we thought since it was close to Halloween (it was early October at the time) we should search for a costume at a shop. Well we discovered unless we wanted to get our friend arrested for exhibitionism towards our male teacher, using an already made costume is not an option. No where could we find a Marie Antoinette who was anywhere near as appropriate as a queen of France from back then should be. I can understand the people gave her nasty sexual accusations, but please this is no reason to convert every costume of her into one for the brothel parties. Plus you're right Breanne, where Are the men in this wave of indecency?! I think that costumes have taken a sad turn, and myself try to make them modernized and fashionable rather than fitting for a strumpet like most women do, horrendous like children do, or just plain ugly like men do. All we can do is resist the changes we don't like or join in on the fad. Thanks for the post.

Oh and P.s. if you want to know for the next level of history fair we're getting a slutty Marie costume and making a skirt for it to make it look like a dress with a nice top.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
